Join us for a unique experience at Vida Pura with yoga twice a day, nourishing food and beautiful accommodation surrounded by nature under the Portuguese sun.
Seven days journey that will open a door that you are going to walk through, to never be the same again. Peeling the layers of noise we have been accumulating in our lives, through the lens of the 7 Chakras, we will be unlocking and opening your body and mind to the intuitive healing it needs, so we find our most authentic self.

The schedule will run as the following with exception on the1st day (25th of April) and on the last day (1st of May).

The 1st day starts with the evening class but you can arrive earlier. Lunch is not included on those days but can be arranged for an extra fee of 12€ and should be ordered in advance.
The last day will run until breakfast.
There will be a beach meditation on day two, chakra lecture on day five and sound healing session on day six.
Schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions. The yoga classes might happen indoors in case it rains or if it's too cold.
THE VENUE
Vida Pura is an eco-friendly & self sustainable retreat in the middle of a reserve close to Odeceixe village and it’s marvellous beach. They have a farm based on bio-dynamic principles and quite a few animals; donkeys, dogs, cats, ducks & chickens.

The outdoor shala by the hill surrounded by nature makes the yoga classes quite special and unique.
HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest airport is Faro, and Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2 and British Airways fly direct from London. At the moment you can get flights starting on £48 departing from SEN (price as reference, checked on skyscanner and due to change). Although I suggest the flights bellow:

Transfers from Faro to the venue take around 90 mins and can be arranged for you in groups if you let us know in advance. Prices are between 90€ to 125€.
If you like to be more independent, you can also rent a car at the airport.
This will give you more freedom to explore the surroundings on your free time.

THE FOOD
The nutritious and delicious meals are mainly vegetarian based on macro-biotic principles, carefully prepared by a chef on site using vegetables, fruits grown in the local bio-dynamic garden and with homemade products when possible.
Other options are also possible in you have any dietary requirements. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure that your needs are covered.

ACCOMMODATION
Vida Pura offers different accommodation options. You can get full privacy staying at your own apartment or stay in the main guest house with shared facilities.

The main guest house offers one master bedroom with en suite (bath, toilet, sink) and can accommodate maximum three people with 3 single beds or 1 double plus 1 single bed.
There are two smaller double bedrooms with a shared a bathroom between them.
All the rooms have access to the terrace, hammock area and wifi.
The spacious kitchen comes equipped with a sink, utensils, oven, fridge/freezer and gas cooker, and the open plan living and dining area allows access to the large front decking area.
